External sexual anatomy of woman
Vulva: The vulva represents all
the visible feminine external genitalia. The vulva of grown-up woman
is a vertical crack lined on each side by two pairs of cutaneous folds
that are the most external labia majora and the most internal labia
minora.

Labia majora
are fleshy; they join at the level of the pubis, still named poetically
Mons Veneris.
The pubis, the external surface and the border of labia majora are naturally
covered with a pilosity which begins to appear at the time of the puberty;
seen from the outside, the feminine sexual surface covered with hairs
has a triangular shape, clocks below, while it is rather the opposite
at the man.
According
to individual peculiarities: ethnic origin, pigmentation, this pilosity
is more or less important, more or less brown or fair and becomes more
scattered with ageing. It is evident that this pilosity is modified
by the epilation which can be partial or complete , this last one being
usually practised in Moslem population.

Labia minora:
inside labia majora, there are labia minora or nymphs much finer and
more or less hidden by labia majora. It is indeed commonplace and current
that labia minora exceed labia majora. In their top, labia minora join
to form the hood of the clitoris which they hide more or less. In the
bottom their connection forms the fork situated in front of the anus.
It is rather frequent to find at its level small and very fine cuts
responsible for painful sexual intercourse.
Can be responsible for it an absentia of lubrication by failure of sexual
excitation) tabagic addiction , too frequent or prolonged
sexual activity as well as a too weak in oestroges hormonal climate.
A regular intimate toilet is necessary to eliminate a whitish substance
which forms usually and naturally in the furrow formed on each side
by labia majora and labia minora: it is the smegma which is also found
under the hood of the clitoris, he can be responsible for irritation
and for a stench due to his fermentation. (It is always preferable to
wash with hand, flannels are excellent reservoirs
of germs, by using a soap sweet and adapted to the intimate toilet.

The Clitoris:
it is situated in the superior connection of labia minora, masked more
or less by the hood of the clitoris: it is a fleshy button more or less
developed according to individual criteria; its size can vary some millimeters
in several centimeters (2 in 3 cms). It is like the nose: there are
so many sizes of clitoris as there is of sizes of nose.
It is constituted by the external union of 2 erectile bodies situated
for their biggest part both sides by the vulva under labia. The clitoris
is exclusively constituted by corpora cavernosa but without the albuginea,
the stretchable, but not elastic membrane which recovers the male corpora
cavernosa and insures their rigidity at the man. It is not thus a small
penis because it does not possess the cancellous tissue which constitutes
the acorn(glans) of the man. His(her, its) stimulation can provoke a
completely characteristic intense pleasure of a clitoral orgasm.
